Consultation Fee Amount
We charge a nominal consultation fee of $120 for initial aesthetic, surgical, and vein consultations; $60 for laser hair removal consultation, and $150 for bioindentical hormone consultations.
Application of
Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is applied as a credit towards any recommended treatments or services that you choose to pursue with skŸn by Dr. Moore.
Payment
The consultation fee is payable at the time of scheduling your consultation appointment. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and cash.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Non-Refundable
The consultation fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with any treatments or services after the consultation.
Multiple Consultations
If you require additional separate consultations on separate days please note that each consultation may incur a separate consultation fee.
